Responsibilities:

Prepare and process raw meats into finished products such as sausages, hams, bacon, or other specialty items.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure all products meet health standards.
Assist in portioning, trimming, and cutting meats according to recipes and customer orders.
Operate and maintain equipment, including grinders, stuffers, slicing machines, and other tools.
Label and package products accurately for sale or distribution.
Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Skill Requirements:

No prior experience required, but up to 3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long hours in a busy kitchen or workshop environment.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes.
A passion for food, creativity, and problem-solving.
