Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or priming as needed.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Ensure all painted areas are smooth, even, and free of defects such as drips or bubbles.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.

Physical Stamina: The ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift materials for extended periods is essential.
