The ideal candidate will have the ability to optimize supply chain efficiency, ensure timely delivery of products, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distribution teams. Experience is not required, but candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
Develop and maintain efficient supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, and customer service) to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, such as cost, lead times, and delivery accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in supply chain management.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive process innovation.
Respond to and resolve supply chain disruptions or challenges effectively.

Skill Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory, and distribution.
Familiarity with supply chain software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Financial acumen to understand budgeting, cost analysis, and expense management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable and open to learning new tools, processes, and technologies.
